Cancellations

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION

I require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations for your deposit to be used as credit for a future session. The new appointment must be within one month of your current one. If you cancel without the 48 hr notice, I require the full session tribute to be compensated for my time. Frequent last-minute cancellations will prompt me to reconsider our future engagements. It will then be at my discretion whether to continue seeing you or to discuss an appropriate arrangement that reflects my expectations.

Deposits

IN-PERSON SESSION

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due prior to or at the start of the session.

VIDEO SESSION

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due prior to our session to ensure we make the most of our time together. Should you arrive late, I expect full compensation for the scheduled time. A grace period of up to 15 minutes may be granted at my discretion. Beyond that, the session will be considered a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited.

TEXTING SESSION

Full amount has to be payed to book the session.
